About release

Release was built around one question.

Why are so many people doing all the right things and still not feeling better? After years of studying health, recovery, stress, inflammation, and healing, we saw the same pattern again and again: people focus on treatments while ignoring the conditions that influence how the body heals.

Release exists to help people reduce the burden from everyday life on our physical and mental health and rebuild routines their body can rely on to thrive for the long term.

Why Inflammation Is the Conversation

Inflammation is often the signal

Not the cause.

Your body is always communicating. Inflammation is often a response to the challenges of today’s life.

Stress

Chronic stress
keeps your body
in overdrive.

Poor
Recovery

Lack of true
recovery leads to
cumulative strain.

Sleep

Poor sleep
disrupts regulation
and healing.

Modern
Lifestyle

Overstimulation,
processed foods, and
sedentary habits add
to the burden.

These inputs create an inflammatory burden over time—one that can show up as fatigue, aches, brain fog, poor sleep, and more.

release addresses the inputs—
not just the symptoms.
What Makes Release Different

Most wellness studios focus on treatments.

We focus on recovery.

Many recovery tools can be helpful.
What matters is how they fit together.
Release was designed to create an environment where people can regulate stress, support recovery, and build routines they can actually maintain.

Typical Wellness Center
  • Treatment focused
  • Session-to-session
  • Recovery left up to you
VS
Release
  • Nervous system first
  • Therapies under one roof
  • Built around consistency
how release works

Release. Repair. Rebuild.

Recovery doesn’t happen all at once. We believe it happens in stages.
First regulate the nervous system. Then support recovery. Then build routines that help you feel better long after you leave.

Release
Regulate the nervous system.

Guided breathing, neuromodulation, affirmations, oxygen, and a low-stimulation environment designed to help your body shift out of stress mode.

Repair
Support Recovery.

Evidence-informed therapies that help reduce inflammatory burden, support circulation, recovery, cellular energy, and resilience.

Rebuild
Build Consistency.

Sustainable habits are what create lasting change. The lounge, community, education, and routines help make recovery part of everyday life.

Release
Was Born

A place where science, recovery, education, and community come together to help you feel better, more often.

Release. Repair. Rebuild.

Built for real life. Backed by science. Driven by purpose.

FOUNDER STORY

Built from both sides of healthcare—
and one very personal journey.

I’ve spent years helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes. Then a serious health challenge forced me to rethink recovery, stress, inflammation, and what it truly means to heal.

During that journey, I became obsessed with understanding how the body heals when given the right conditions—through better recovery, daily habits, and the right environment.

Release was built from that realization—to create a place where science-backed therapies, education, and community come together to help you feel better, more often.

This isn’t just my life’s work.
It’s personal.
